All professionals is an expert and knew exactly how to handle discomfort in my neck and shoulder areas. Everyone are kind and respectful, very easy to talk to. For a new client experience, the massage therapist was helpful in identifying points of muscle tightness, and provided recommendations without putting any pressure on for rescheduling. I really appreciated that and will definitely be going to Studio 15 again soon!
