Cancellation/ Late Policy
Rescheduling/ Cancellations If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hour notice. For appointments rescheduled/cancelled after the 24 hr notice, the 50% down payment will be kept plus the $10 processing fee.
LATE Due to the high volume of services, we will only accommodate the time remaining if you choose to proceed with your service. Clients will be responsible for the full service charge.
Each appointment more than $25 will have a deposit that must be payed in order to book, if it is $25 or less the full amount must be payed.
If you call to book you must be willing to give your card information over the phone for a deposit that will go toward your appointment, as curtsy we will not charge your card unless you do not show to your appointment and or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours.
